62 condominium & 34 pool villas designed, built and operated by Tri-Asia. Business was then sold to a Thai Investor, who today is enjoying a solid business environment.

Grove Gardens Residences

36 units designed, built and sold where Tri-Asia was pivotal in delivery and post sales assistance to owners who desired.




Jiva Resort & Spa

Turn key solution from design to build to operation. Resort was then later sold to Lehman Brothers and Central group and is now rebranded Centara Kata Resort.
