We only hire and train staff to meet or exceed these minimum requirements:

Department Head & Assistant Level

Qualifications: Leadership skill & active lifestyle, age above 28 years. University, Technical college or Vocational, more than 3 years in areas of senior level per position.

Supervisor Level

Qualifications: Active & healthy, age above 25 years. University or Technical college or Vocational, more than 2 years in areas of senior level per position.

Guest Service Agents Level

Qualifications: At least 1 year experience or willing to learn. Technical college or vocational or secondary school, healthy & active.
